Took out a Service and Maintanance plan in June 2012 which costed R90, 000, the car went for only one service. now i recently wanted to take it for another service and someone informed that i do not have a service plan. I asked how come my car managed to be services last year and now i am unable to take it for a service now as it is still less that 2 years and the kilometers agreed on the contract.

I have requested a recording between myself and the consultant who sold me the policy and they are unable to provide it to me.

I will never recommend Motorite to anyone with such poor service levels.
