Refund from motorite finally acknowledged

On the 21st November I wrote a complaint report about Motorite Administrators. The issue was over a maintenance plan that was cancelled without notifying me. I was paying the premium monthly as I was under the impression that the plan was active. In the end, I had to take my car for service and pay the costs from my own pocket. Motorite refused to refund me the cost of the service even though they were wrong. I took the matter up with Clientele legal were intially I was not satisfied with the service and wanted to cancel the policy. I was contacted by Mr Liberthal who apologised and assured me that he will be assisting me with the Motorite case. Initially motorite was resistant and refused to pay the refund. Mr Liberthal was really effective and worked hard on the case, going as far as requesting the sales recording of the day motorite sold me the maintenance plan. Around the 27 of January, Mr Liberthal issued Motorite with a letter of demand for the refund and by 4 o clock the same day, Mr Liberthal notified me that Motorite will be processing a refund. Thank you, I am highly satisfied with the service and outcome of the case. If it wasn't for your assistance, I would've lost.
