6 Days Late

I applied for an SA Multiloan through the web page [URL Removed] I awaited the approval of the loan which happened 48 hours later. After 3 days awaiting the deposit of my approved loan I was extremely disappointed to visit the web site and see "Pay-out pending". I messaged the company and got quite a snotty email in reply telling me my agent (I have no agent as this was an online application) should have informed me the pay out time is currently 2 to 4 weeks, this is when my loan will be due for payment. I wrote this in a reply to the person and as of this morning, two days later, I have had no reply.
This service is SHOCKING, I am stunned that such a business is managing to stay afloat after all the bad press.
What concerns me is that I am accruing interest on a loan I don't even have 6 days later. I am extremely irritated and feel I deserve an explaination by today.
