Don't want to Authorise Payment

I bought a vehicle through a dealership in August 2012 and took a warranty plan through my Bank and the administrators are Motorite.

I have just found out that the car needed a part to be repaired and was told to take the car to an RMI approved dealer/ service provider, of which I have. They want an authorisation from Motorite before releasing the car, but Motorite is rejecting the claim on the basis that the car needed to have been taken in for service either for 15 000 Km intervals or 12 month intervals, whichever comes first.

I subsequently requested that they provide me with a signed contract/recording, that I was made aware of such a clause. The gentleman I have been dealing with Heimich Telemachus sends me what I signed, which does not enlist such a condition and further forwards me a screenshot from a document that I have neither read nor made aware of during or after the conclusion of our transaction in August.

I have asked Heimich Telemachus to provide me with contact details of his Superior, which he has shown resistance in doing. I am seriously frustrated by them, and Heimich Telemachus is making it worse.

I have saved emails from Heimich.
