SECOND SEMESTER REGISTRATIONS

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help!!! I am having a problem in that in the begining of the year 4 units were registered for the second semester - only to realise that I have registered for 3rd year units / modules and not first year units / modules.

I have tried every day for the past month to cancel the units on MYUNISA - it says this has successfully been done. HOWEVER, it has not been done...

I have sent numerous emails, queries via the website, tried phoning them - just get no answer. But I have been receiving emails the past two days saying the my study material for the second semester has been dispatched.

PLEASE - i need to cancel the second semester units / modules and register for the correct ones.
