Why cant standard bank help me?

I need a debit consolidation loan to consolidate my accounts into one. I have a lot of credit cards and this was my mistake. I am not blacklisted and still have a good credit report. My worry is i might nt be able to pay these debits in time and eventually blacklisted. I am asking you standard bank to help me before I go into financial mess. You do have value added services which assist customer who are in same situation like me but why cant you help me? Is it becoz I am foreigner? but i do hv permanent residence what I only dont have yet is ID.

If your customer assist value added service exist, then why cant you help me? Opened account 3 months ago and was hoping by nw I shld get help from my bank especially being a prestige banke
