Standard Bank not wanting to help anymore

Its is becoming more and more apparrant that Standard bank just doesnt care about their clients anymore.
I was told a few years ago that STD Bank does not do consolidation and that if Im in financial stress I have to go under administration - this was terrible advice and put me in even more debt. It took me some time and I sorted out my financial problems (no thanks to STD BANK).

I was in the UOFS branch the other day and the great service I got there included the consultant telling me about STD Banks consolidation services. Now I called them to confirm if they could assist me seen as though I have already gone to old mutual and have consolidated my debt there (only problem is the high interest rate they offered).

When I called they took all my details and promised to call me back, which they never did. Today I called again and the consultant was trying to convince me not to use their service from the get go!! she even said "With the high volume of requests we get I dont know if you would even want to apply! ". How is that customer service? arent they meant to say you will assist me and that the product is great? It is more apparent that I should consider moving banks!
