African Bank - Loan Fiasco leads to eviction

I applied online for an urgent loan in order to catch up with a shortfall on rent that fell behind thanks to unreliable tenants. I was pre-approved for 2 separate loans after paying both reg fees. This started on 7 Jan 2013. I eventually received an sms on 14th Feb saying congratulations my loan was approved & I was to sign a mandate & provide original docs to an AF Bank agent who also delivered my new credit card that same day, and my loan would be paid out in next 24 hrs, after re emailing and scanning docs i was told that there was a problem with my payslips & my company's name change, For the next 7 days i waited anxiously for the outcome while they escalated my app to their consumer advocate. I was again informed that my loan was approved & to be pd in the next couple of hours. I was ecstatic and notified my landlord. An hour later via sms I was told that a hold had been put on it again while they re -investigated SARS?? I emailing a Mrs Pretorius at H/O, no reply, i contacted the br man, Phaizel, no reply as well as the agent from which to date have had no feedback. I requested my original docs returned, NO REPLY, we have subsequently received notice from our landlord
