On the 2nd of March I did online topup application and no response then I called the sales department on the 8th spoke to the supervisor said there was a problem with my application so they had to cancel that application then start afresh. I did so Primrose Mokeona did assist I sign the contract on the same day then had to wait for 6 days for my application to be approved then now these still payout pending does it mean I must for a month for a loan to be approved and paid.

Kindly give me feedback coz now they telling me about 3 weeks as they having a badlog of which if I knew I won't have started applying for this loan
