Delayed Claim Processing

I am doing a 3rd party claim through MiWay, all of the documents they needed from me were supplied in a couple of days. It has been 2 MONTHS since the accident and the assessor has only just come out to see my car this monday. I am trying to put my car on the market but can't do this with a damaged bumper.
