CREDIT CARD ABUSE

My credit card was abused and an extra R100 charged to it by a waiter working at Col'Cocchia restaurant in Monte Casino.

I did claim back the R100 but the manager seemed apathetic to the incident...

The owner Arrie believes that it is not his problem and does not care..

Please can someone tell me this is not acceptable behaviour and help do something about it..
