My situation
I placed an Order, online, on 21 FEB .2013
I did receive feedback within a reasonable time-frame that the order has been approved . yay ..

but
what a NIGHTMARE IT TURNED INTO

Today, 11th of april, however exactly 7 weeks (7 WEEKS) No Ipad...
The company who dispatches the ipads for FNB checked on their system, They have not received my details or any info from FNB yet, which means I have been waiting for FNB since 21 FEB to... do... What exactly ...? I am baffled...

From the 19 th of March I also phoned FNB 3 times

(19 March, 03 AprilI and 8 April, Every time they say that they will let me know what is going on ..from the 19th however I didn't receive ANY feedback,

I still dont know

Today they promised me maybe by tomorrow... Maybe... Yes FNB, Maybe...
