Attitude of waite

Good Day,

On the 01/02/2014, I dined at your Monte Casino restaurant. Bruce was the waiter.

To my knowledge the tip is at the discretion of the payer, according the service of the waiter.

I had put a small tip for the waiter. But he didnt accept it, and just charged me for the meals. I asked him why he did that, he replied " You must be joking to give me a tip like that."

Then I pulled out a R10 and told him to take it, he replied " The tip is 10% of the bill"
He didnt want to take the R10 but eventually took and gave me a dirty look.

I complained to the manager Wayne about it. He took down my details and has still not contacted me to inform me of the outcome.
