Up to 4 weeks for delivery = FALSE ADVERTIZING!!!

I ordered 2 groupons, one was paid for on the 19th March 2013, the other on the 20th March 2013.
On both, it was clearly stated "Allow up to four weeks for delivery". Today is the 30th April, and i am still getting the run around. Everyone i speak to, assures me i will receive it by the end of that week.(Chantel), when i call in, i get the run around. Last Wednesday 24th April, i spoke to Munsheera (Excuse spelling) Matthews who told me i will receive my 3 tier cake mould and 100 piece decorating set by Friday, on Friday, i spoke to Rayne, who ASSURED me i would receive the items by Monday, 29th April. Today, after OBVIOUSLY not receiving it, Munsheera Matthews "escalated" my complaint, and ASSURES me i will receive my order within 5-7 working days from now? seriously??? I am extremely disgusted, not only with the constant run around, but with the fact that everyone gives me a different excuse and the 4 week delivery time, is FALSE ADVERTIZING!!!
i would LOVE a response!
