How long do I have to wait,

I Thought I settled my car 1 year back because I don't receive statements, Told me one year later I owe R995, 97 (Probably initially R100 that run interest for 1 Year, Robbers). Know one phones me,

Utterly Disgusted: 65 Hours has gone past, standard bank send me 3 automated emails (the type machine automatically send) and one email responding with we will give you a answer in 54 Hours, We are no 9 Hours over the promise, upon a telephone conversation with the reference number 33237452. Do Standard bank have a room with papers unfilled where they have 1 guy sorting through the mountains of papers, I don't think so, Phone me, you have my ID number, Account Number. Just want my NATIS Papers, I am loosing R20000 on my new deal.

I want too warn the people using this bank, check your bank statements, Rather go to FNB Bank, much, much more professional, kind and cheap.

What is happening here summed up:
Standard Bank was hopping for me to die, the NATIS Papers remaining there property proofing ownership of my car and thus them a car from my loved ones supposed to inherit it.

They are, Standard Bank please let me know I can pick up my papers!!!
