MIway does nor want to pay for my Brand new A 5 Ca

I insured a brand new Audi A5 Cabriolet with Mi Way on 12 March 2013, on 25 March a lady who skipped a stop sign hit my car and my car was a right off, Mi Way says becuase i did not disclose another accident when joiniing Mi Way there are good chances they will not pay my car., the manager gave me and my partmern the cd and transcxript and said a decision will be made based on the cd and transcript he gave us. we went home and it happened that the person on the cd is not me, soneone else is insuring their car, i told them they must make a decsion on the cd and tranascript they gave us. but i alsoi told them that is not me, so they wrote another email wanting to bring the right cd and i told thm in my submission that i discpute their cd and transcript but they must make adecions on the cd they gave me, today Micheelle after i told her i will not accept annother cd tried to drop off a cd at my place to the securities and they refuse tio accept it. it has been 3 weeks ofpain, trauma stress, heaaaches, sleep less nights, Mi Way must pay my car and claim for the lady who hit me. the lady who hit me must also pay for the settlerment amount to the bank
