Have Not received the money due to me

I bought shares from Strat-Equity from 2005 and have and 2006 to build on my investments. When I bought shares, I was informed that when the time was due, my shares would be sold on my behalf and then my money given to me. I approached their offices and informed them that I want to sell my shares. I was then told that I should fill in forms that give them access to sell my shares on my behalf. As time went by, I did not receive any response from them. I approached their offices once again, and was told that my shares were not being bought and that I should contact the relevant companies and sell my shared myself. It has been 8 years and to date I have not received any feedback from them. I have been to their offices a number of times without receiving any assistance that was initially promised. I don't want anything to do with them, I just want a refund of my money that I put into Strat-Equity.
