NEARLY 3 MONTHS I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR MY CAR

It is quite funny how when you purchase a car, you are treated like royalty by all these insurance companies that want to sign you as their client, in my case its MiWay, but when disaster strikes you are left in dark, and treated as a nobody just because they have to meet their end of the contract.

I had an accident on 8 March 2013 and thankfully nobody got hurt, my car was then towed into Thompson's Body 107 in Polokwane (RECOMMENDED BY MIWAY). I then lodged my claim on 11 March 2013, and MiWay gave Thompson's Body 107 the authorization to repair my car on 19 March 2013.

Till today, 22 May 2013, I am still without my car, the agent handling my claim, Frans Mpolokeng last contacted me sometime in March 2013, since then I have been trying to contact him to no avail, up to a point where I was now directly in contact with the repair centre, and they also take me from pillar to post. I keep asking myself how long I will be without my car, how many more installments will I pay without my car, I bought that car on a needs basis not for luxury purposes.

Is this how MiWay treats their clients? am I not worthy of good customer service? I have been extremely patient but now I want my ca
