PATHETIC SERVICE FROM FIRST FOR WOMAN

I have been insured with 1st for woman for almost 2 years now, have never had a single claim, i claimed on the 21st of february for my car that was still drivable, was told to take my car for assessment on the 25th february 2013, i heard nothing from them after that and called them on the 4th of March, they told me that my claim had been approved and they contact me within 48hrs...
I gave them another call on the 8th of March, I was told the lady would get back to me with the details of where to book my car, today is the 11th of March (over 2 weeks later) and still nothing, I decided to give them yet another call, and now im given numbers of the panel beater to call and make a booking to take in the car.
I mean, This is pethetic service on their behald and they claim to be making woman's lives easier...
Im driving a scrappy looking car and they just sitting on their backs doing nothing, not even the decency to inform me about the nothing they doing...
IM SURE GLAD I TOOK MY MONEY ELSEWHERE, THEY CERTAINLY DNT DESERVE IT
