I have been trying to fix the same issue for over a month. It is an issue that has required a conversation between client a provider, yet you are so slow that it is taking over a month. Using 2 different providers ie. fnb and ebucks just doesn't work. If one hasn't done their part then the other hasn't. I am sick of waiting and have forwarded this to an attorney!
