Ebucks don't keep their promises

I use to get every month 20 points ebucks for the FNB Insurance Brokers. Last year July they stopped so I phoned Ebucks and asked why, so the promises they will give 20points for each month, but the never did. Just Aug - Oct 2012 I've got my 20 points every month and now it suddenly stopped again. If I phone they don't know what I'm talking about and I'm transfered again to 10other people and get no joy.
