Not receiving ebucks

For the past few months I have noticed that I have not been receiving any ebucks, or any notification of ebucks being earned, even though I diligently try to swipe wherever I can.
I rely on ebucks to buy electricity nearly every month as it gets us out of trouble. I'm hoping I can get credited with the ebucks that I have not received.
