B3 Funerals
B3 Claims take more than 48hrs that they stipulate

I placed a claim on the third of April 2013 with all a list of documents that they required and was told that I will receive the cash after 48hrs it's a week now and I haven't heard from B3 I have called their offices and left endless messages but no feedback from B3. The funeral was on 06 April 2013 and still I haven't received cash which is meant to assist for the funeral.

I am dissapointed and I want to cancel my funeral policy with B3.
