I was at centurion branch on the 8th of August 2013, I submitted all original documents that were requested (my ID book, deceased ID book, Death certificate, BI1663 and Burial order) and the service consultant by the name of Magda Geldenhuys filled in the funeral Claim form, and she told me she will make copies, certify them and fax them to funeral Plan Dept.
I waited for some time for the proof of fax, but Magda told me I can go home because there's still a big bulk of fax going through before our fax, but she will make sure my fax goes through.
She gave me all my original documents back with the filled funeral plan claim.
To my surprise when i call Funeral Plan dept on the 12th, they told me they haven't received anything for my claim.
I called the call center asking to speak to Magda, and agent couldn't get hold of her or her manager. They left a message for her, but i never got a call from her.
I called again looking for Magda on the 12th, and she was not available.
on the 14th when i called funeral plan dept they received only 3 docos that are not even certified, and burial order is missing. Magda haven't returned my call. I am so disappointed about Magda's service, that was a
