Claim for a funeral cove

My name is Pamela, my spouse passed away last week Sunday. I went to Tembisa Plaza branch on the 8th of July to put in a claim and the documents were faxed to the claims department and there was no money in my bank account for the whole week as per their slogan than funeral cover only takes 48 hours. No one phoned me or the Tembisa Plaza branch to say that they have put in an account number instead of the policy number and the claim was declined because of that. I then went back on Monday the 15th of July after the funeral to Tembisa Plaza branch and they said that they will attend to it and fix it. Till this day I haven't received my money. Its funny how they encourage one take up policies and when its time to pay out they come up with stories. I want this case to be solved today as I have to pay the monies back to people because the bank has failed me.
