NO DOCUMENTS AND NO CONSULTANTS AVAILABLE TO HELP!

I have yet to receive my policy documents from the company and it has been two months. When I call the company I wait for over 30 minutes to be helped and nobody is able to assit me. I want to cancel my policy and I cannot even do that becuase there is no service from the company.
