Useless! Incompetent! Bad Attitude!

Sick and tired of your useless staff in the service department - Not to mention MR Ruan - the MANAGER.
Service staff failed to inform us that the service plan that we bought changed overnight (Every 15000km or once a year) We had to spend half the day at the dealership fighting with them until WE called a company named Liquid Capital. I spent 5 minutes on the phone with a very helpful consultant that confirmed that hyundai will have to pay for the service as they did not follow the correct procedure and as a result our service plan expired.
Note: MR ruan and service dep spent most of the morning trying to get hold of them (Liquid Capital) and said that they cannot help us???
Today I called to have someone check a brand new hyundai's battery (only 750km), to no avail.
Hyundai want to keep the car overnight to check the battery? really???
WE NEVER RECEIVED A CALL TO RATE YOUR SERVICE - WOULD HAVE BEEN 0/10
DISGUSTED THAT YOUR DEALERSHIP NEVER EVEN WASHED MY CAR, SUPPOSE ITS BECAUSE YOU HAD TO PAY FOR THE SERVICE - 0/10
WAKE UP MILNERTON HYUNDAI!!! YOU ARE A JOKE AND WASTING MY TIME.
