Nedbank consultant with a bad attitude

Neo Mompei treating customers like trash. She is unproffessional, incompetent and she lack customers care. I applied for the loan through nedbank call centre and i was reffered to go and sign in the nearest branch, where i came across a consultant who was busy chatting to her colleague and i waited for them to finish the conversation. She looked at me with the very unproffessional look without asking me that "do i need help or how can i help you". her words was i quote"I hate somebody who just come and stand on front of me"...
