Gone too far, debit order before due date

This is the seventh time where Nedbank personal loans deduct money from my FNB account before the agreement date. This leaves me broke for more days!!! I logged a complain regarding to this issues its seem Nedbank they don't care about their customers. When I sign a contract I specify my payday being the 25th of each month not 6 days before 25th, I've had enough! at least now I know who is Nedbank i spoke to lady who told me that they got money tracking device in their system. I don't think i will ever applied for any loan on nedback they are not honest with their customers.
