Addtional premuims and interest now refunded

Despite numerous requests to have this OVERPRCED credit life protection removed from my account Standard Bank is trying to force me to pay for this. I have already told you that I have my own life protection and DO NOT want your overpriced product to cover R95 000.00 at R R251.00 a month - I can get R 500 000.00 life cover at that price. I have not signed for it in my contarct nor have I asked for it. Please remove this and refund my account with interest immediately.
Indifferent: Previous premiums were refunded but on the 25th |March another premium for R216.44 was deducted? My interest has also not been refunded
Update: 10.04.2013. Gugu was very good in getting back to me. The additional premium and the interest has now been refunded. thanks Gugu.
