Gautrain
Delayed Again

Again the Gautrain experience some technical difficulty, all the drivers, Except for Andre - Bless you, you're a star - Our little monster wasn't working very well yesterday at 30 kilometres, have not been trained in proper Soft Skills and Emergency Etiquette. First we are told we have an issue and that we will be delayed, then we will be proceeding but only at 30 kilometres, then not but a station away from Sandton we fly like a bat out of, An over-exaggeration but we were flying none the less. After the announcement of the "Technical Issues" and the "30 Kilometres" we had further communication except to say get off and move from Alpha to Bravo. To us simple folks that Platform A to Platform B. Harry Potter had easier instructions.

Train the folks please or even give then a script, when we board a Gautrain or Gaubus we intrust you with our lives and trust that you will deliver us to our destination in accordance with that trust and the amounts we pay for the electricity that runs the Little Bombardiers' (Made by Mercedes).

And for heaven's sake a little less breakdowns please. The passengers are already comparing the Gautrain to the Metro Rail.
