They the cheapest NOT and the crapiest service

About 2 weeks ago I claimed for a laptop eventually after being to and by this company I got my pay out and was asked to update the details when i got the new Laptop. i have been trying to phone with no luck eventually i phone yet again yesterday to be told they busy and will call me back that was at 2:30 pm at 5:30pm i call they yet again held on for 20 minutes as they could not be bothered to call me back. eventually i got hold of someone and got told o no your policy is wrong and they way things are listed are wrong policy states 3 laptops my premium was about R1525 after this person did what ever and spun me a story the policy went up to R1850 which i had a fit. He call me back this morning still with this story and can only do it at R1610, then i get told someone will contact me... guess what still waiting no that brilliant service, why the must i pay more not my fault they have no clue what they doing. and as for being the cheapest guess what not any more as i have now beaten the quote somewhere else. and i would suggest to anyone wanting insurance DON'T USE KING PRICE THEY LIE.
