No UPDATES on ITC

I applied for car finance on 10 January 13 for an amount of R119800.00 and was declined by Standard bank as it stated that i had a bad credit reference and a judgement (which i removed some time ago) so i went to ITC&XDS and checked only to find that Standard bank have not been updating my payment record with ITC on 2 of my accounts and they also declined me because they say i have a listing which is false info. My credit card was handed over (to McRoberts attorneys) but i have been paying it religiously for the past 14 months but it has never updated with ITC which i feel is what led to the unfavourable payment record. I also noticed that they had not updated my settled VAF account (160921980001- Settled January 2011). My RCP account has not been updated since April 2011 even though i pay and access the money paid back as its an RCP account. I would accept the decline had it been based on correct information but i have no judgements on my name and they are the ones who have not updated my records which lead to the bad payment record. I would like my payment history correctly updated and for them to request my most recent credit report as it shows i have no judgements nor defaults.
