Homeloan C/centre definitely not moving forward

I am applaled by the level of service received not only from the branch but the call centre. I have been sent from pillar to post. My husband 1st went to the bank to apply for re advance and completed the paperwork at the branch, 3 days later he was asked to please go into the branch and have the accounts linked. When he arrived only to find out what he had requested was not what he wanted and had to see a consultant again. He waited for approx 2 hours before a consultant could help him only to be told if he knew he could have done this via telephone. on the 13/03/13 we logged a call with the call centre ref: 4374005, we had to fax through our paylips, after 3 days i called to follow up only to be told the information captured was incorrect and new ref: givin REF:52428810 they would recapture. another 3 days and i would call to follow up and received another ref:4386470 they required our bank statements which was faxed 3 times. we were advised they required my bank stmnt from 01 dec 12- 15 dec-12 my bank could not retrieve this and i therefore faxed through a new stmnt showing 3 mths salary which they required, i called to inform them of this communicator ref:37530453, still nothin
