Cancellation of VAT

On 27/02/13 I cancel a VAT product, todate I can still be deducted for this. I have called and e-mail regarding my cancellation and refund, but I have not received any feedback. I have been debitted every month. Please assist. I do not have the vehicle and insurance with WW for more than a year now.
