Just need to let you know that you have one very dedicated staff member working for you: Rudelle Govender, in the industry your in, and the work she does as a broker, you will find that brokers just come to your home, to get you to sign up on policies & thereafter, they don't want you to contact them to ask for assistance with claims and so forth, they will refer you to hundreds of different OTHER people to help you, but NOT RUDELLE GOVENDER, we had to repair our windscreen on our vehicle, & we were referred to the claims dpt by another broker of yours, who initially dealt with our policy, it wasn't not long after that when Rudelle called to ask if we had been helped and if she could assist, she followed through right up until we had the windscreen repaired, & even after that incident, I needed to change my d/o date, Rudelle didn't refer me to anyone else, she took ownership & went the extra mile to assist, even tho I know she didn't have to, what an absolute pleasure dealing with her, knowing she is there ready to assist with anything, always giving me the best advise, this is why I am moving all my polices over to old mutual, thanks to Rudelle, I hope you will recognise her accordingly
