CAPITEC BANK HAS NO HEART

I am a BITTERLY DISAPPOINTED Capitec client... After being robbed of all my belongings last year (by knife point in Cape Town) I have for long suspected that my Capitec account has been compromised!! Transactions going off which I had no idea what for... transactions going off to regular beneficiaries but not reflecting... getting calls from places saying I owe them money, yet I NEVER dealt with them!! I went numerous times to the bank to complain... been promised to get back to me... NO RESPONSE! Today, I was expecting money to be transferred to my account (R600)... I went on mobile banking... got the message that the account was invalid. I then received a call from a person claiming to be from Capitec saying that my account had been closed... but when I asked why... the phone got put off in my face... I couldn't call back as it was from a private number. I rushed to the nearest Capitec in Tableview and explained my dilemma... I was told that my account had been closed and that the matter had been referred to forensics... I asked why... no reason was given. I pleaded for me to access my money as I had nothing on me but to no avail! Family sleeping in the dark tonight as I dont have a cent.
