8 Days with MiWay and My Pain is not worth this!!

My vehicle inspections for both cars were recorded incorrectly (even the VIN nr, let alone something as basic as Metalic Paint), in the end I had to be inconvenienced on a Sunday for a person from MiWay to come and redo the inspection, but note, this is after several phone calls They debitted my account with more than double my premium and promised twice to pay it back, this has still not happaned (7 days later), this was after I was promised it will be done the same day. I emailed all my documents on the required day to the rentention analyst as well as info@miway and nobody aknowledged that they have received it. After these first 8 painful days the retention analyst gets defensive with you when you chase her up to pay your own money back. She also does not forget toask me again if I am going to cancel my policy, I assume she does not want a client like me who insists on good service? Shocking and sorry I left OUTSURANCE! Needless to say I am getting quotes...
