How long must i wait for my EBUCKS Card?

Please refer to my last report.

I am totally disgusted AGAIN. Can someone please resolve this matter?
A lady called me to say that my card will be couriered to me in the next few working days but first we had to cancel the other card (still loving cancelling a card I haven't received). She tried to put me through to the voice prompt service but unfortunately it wouldn't connect. She requested other number to call me back on and said this will happen Thursday 04.05.2013 - it is now 08.04.2013 and I haven't heard anything from anyone at EBUCKS. Can someone look in this urgently?
