Whats happened to the payout due to me?

I am having exactly the same problem as Andrew (April 13). They blame Orion (Old Mutual) for holding onto the money due to me. Orion say they have never received instructions from Data Factory. Because Orion are so much more efficient over the phone I am inclined to believe their side of the story. So... will I ever get the money? Who to turn to for help?
