ON THE 8TH OF AUG I SENT MAIL TO OLD MUTUAL FOR MY POLICY TO BE PAID UP AND I GOT A CONFIRMATION THAT MY MAIL WAS RECEIVED AND AN AGENT WILL BE CALLING WITHIN 3DAYS. AFTER A WEEK NO ONE HAD STILL CALLED ME, I CALLED OLD MUTUAL. THEY APOLOGIES AND SAID I NEEDED TO SEND THEM MY BANK STATEMEMT, CERTIFIED ID COPY, TAX NO AND ALSO WRITE THEN A NOTE THAT I NEEDED MY POLICY TO BE SURRENDED. I SENT THOSE DOCUMENTS ON THE 22ND AUG AND RECEIVED ANOTHER CONFIRMATION FOR MY MAIL BEING RECIEVED AND THAT AN AGENT WILL BE CALLING ME. NO ONE CONTACTED ME, AGAIN I CALLED O.M ON THE 27TH COMPLAING THAT NO ONE HAS BEEN IN CONTACT WITH ME TO UPDATE ME ON MY POLICY. I GOT A MAIL ON THE 28TH AUG SAYING MY POLICY IS PAID UP. TODAY ITS THE 23 SEPT I STILL DONT KNOW THATS HAPPENING. I JUST CALLED OLD MUTUAL RIGHT NOW AND I HAVE BEEN INFORMED THAT NO DOCUMENTS WERE RECIEVED FROM ME... AND THAT I SHOULD RESEND EVERYTHING. THIS IS REALLY A BAD SERVICE BECAUSE ITS COSTS ME TO GO TO THE BANK AND REQUEST FOR A BANK STATEMENT, PROVIDED I HAVE HALF AN HOUR FOR LUNCH WHEN WILL ONE HAVE TIME TO RUN AROUND CERTIFYING A COPY OF AN ID AND ALL OTHER DOCUMETS WHILST THE WHERE SENT ALREADY?
