Hi, I have been trying to help my dad with a claim from January 2013. The Data Factory said there was an amount due to him and he should contact Alexander Forbes which he did.
Alexander Forbes says he must now contact the Data Factory as these are 'Excess Funds'
He doesn't know who to turn to as he is getting pushed to and fro, nobody wants to take accountability!
