Totally disgusted

I bank at Standard Bank Northgate and have complained in the past BUT was told that the guys filling the machines are to blame. Surely after many years since that complaint Standard Bank would have found some form of innovation to deal with this problem. On Friday afternoon I went to the ATM to deposit money. As USUAL there were no envelopes! The day you find an envelope at that ATM at Northgate I suggest you buy a LOTTO ticket because that would be your lucky day! I went to PicknPay and BOUGHT my own envelopes (please don't charge me cash deposit fee, I used it to buy envelopes with) today (Sunday) I go there to deposit again and not only do I find the last envelope on the floor... the only ATM accepting deposits is NOT accepting deposits! PATHETIC!!! oh, go to FNB's ATM's opp this branch and you find brightly lit, CLEAN ATM's. At STD Northgate you WILL find the area dimly lit, the machines from Noah's Arc and paper along with half eaten apples stuck to their machines. Sorry Bonny, as much as I want to support you I can no longer let Northgate get new business out of me. They don't care so car and bond finance will have to be shopped around for from today onwards.
