Not accepting proof of address

I waited in the que for 40min. as soon as i handed my doctors account that i recieved on friday the consultant imediately denied me saying that it was not a valid fica document as it must be an account. i showed the consultant the account number on the account and she still plainly refused throwing protocol at me. she didnt even try to do anything for me. i was there earlier the morning as well and was greeted with the same long que and only 3 people assisting and aftr 10min of not moving decided to come back on my lunch time which obviously caused me to write this letter. this is not the 1st time either i have waited in thios que. but no i have had enough of the poor service i have recieved once again from ABSA parow. i would also like to say that i have never had this kind of problem at your N1 city branch
