Once again, absa has anything but an inconvenience to me. I recharged my account with absa *120* service and the charge went through from my account and I was never credited to my account. Needless to say this is not the first time that has happened. Every time I call the call centre which is forever experiencing high call volumes. Somebody needs to get back to me with this query as I am not willing to waste anytime further.
