Recording calls get ignored when it backfires on C

We joined One Plan Health Insurance in Aug '12. The 1st time I tried to use the facility it did not work and I paid for my medical expenses. I called in on Jan 29th '13 and asked for funds to be loaded on our debit card for a GP visit and possible blood tests. After consultation I called back to say they can remove the funds for the blood tests as no tests were done, but I have a medicine scrip and the lady told me to go to one of 3 pharmacies, hand them the script and card and collect my medication. A week later my husband received a call claiming R 400 from us as I used the funds for the blood tests and did not follow protocol. I took up the matter and spoke to a call centre agent explaining the situation. They reverted to the recording and a few days later a message was forwarded to the call centre agent saying pretty much that I am not telling the truth. I asked to hear the voice recording and it was sent to me and there it was CLEARLY me informing them to remove the money for blood tests & the agent telling me to go to hand pharmacist my card & script & collect meds. They collected the funds via debit order and are ignoring our emails wanting clarification.
