Damage to floors

We become aware this weekend that termites invaded our house. This is a old house where the floors are made of wood. Our living room floor is busy to collapse due to this problem. We have not claimed anything in the past 7 years from this insurance company. They say that they DO NOT PAY DAMAGE DUE TO PESTS!!! It is not like we could see the pests!!! are Outsurance going to pay when my housefloors are totaly gone??? Up until to this date we did not receive any paperwork from Outsurance in regard to what they cover and what not.
