Nedbank ATM machine is a Rip-off

Nedbank does not take their customers serious.they use thier ATM machines to rip-off people. on the 27th of March i made a cash deposit of R2200 through their ATM machine, the machine takes only up to R100 notes per transaction. i was contionuosly putting R100s until it reaches R2200 when the ATM decided to freez and reboot. i reported the matter first thing on the 28th March and i was told by Martha that she will log a call and i should exoect responce with in 3 days. i never receiverd any responce until i personally go there on wednesday and this time Martha informed me that she haven't received any feedback and i should go back Friday. I went to braamfontein branch again on Friday, there was no feedback, She (Martha) had to follow up while i am waiting. then she informed me that she will call me instead of me waitiing for a long time. She did call and informed me that the query was resolved and my money will reflect on my account on monday morning. i told her that i need that money urgently and she said since its going to be generated by the system, it can only reflect today. i went to check my balance and no money is reflecting on my account till now. I NEED MY MONEY AS IN NOW.
