Nedbank - absolute waste of time

Upon applying for a bond re-advance and having everything approved, my parents were requested to come in and sign the docs releasing the funds On saturday the 16th March, they did so and were informed that the funds would reflect in my moms account by latest wednesday the 20th. Come wednesday the 20th no funds were reflecting and so my mother had to go back into the same branch again (greenstone), where she was now informed that the funds would only reflect "TOMORROW"(thursday), thursday came and went and no funds reflected. Today, Friday the 22 and low and behold there are still no funds. Sent emails out to the people involved and was only now just informed by someone at the branch that the eft was actaully only done today and again they use the word "TOMORROW" when referring to the funds reflecting, this was after the branch manager insuring my mother that the eft has been processed and that the funds would be released on wednesday when my mother went in to the branch. anyway there clearly isnt anything anyone can do when it comes to situations like this, but i just wanted people out there to know that if they want service then nedbank isnt the bank to be with!!!
