REQUEST TO EXTEND MY LOAN TERMS - NO HELP FROM FNB

I called FNB on my on thursday @ 0875750000 and request them to extend the number of terms from 3 yrs to 5 yrs. They shifted me from pillar to post. They asked me to call 0116492596 and could not get any help and request me to collections @ 0875750091 still no help. I went to Irene FNB branch unfortunately the Sales Advice could not help me either. She also struggled the same way I did, shifted from one number to the other. One of the sales consulted later told me that they will send my request through to collections and see if they cannot help since it was claimed that they are the ones who were suppose to help me.

I appeal to FNB, please help me at your earliest. I need to extend the terms of my Loan from 3 years to 5 years. Currently my installment is a bit higher and I need to reduce it so that I can accommodate some of my expenses.
